Temperature & Hygiene Monitoring for Every Kind of Business
Turn temperature checks and hygiene checklists into a quick task — get instant alerts the moment a reading drifts, for any equipment you rely on.
A missed fridge check can spoil the batch. A missed cleaning task can fail the inspection.
Somewhere in your business, something has to stay within a safe range — a walk-in fridge, a prep freezer, a wine cellar, a pharmacy cabinet, a propagation room. And somewhere else, a surface needs wiping, a drain needs clearing, a filter needs checking. Paper logs get forgotten, back-filled from memory, or go missing the day an inspector walks in. Here's how a few taps replace both — with an automatic alert the moment a reading drifts.
One place for every reading and every check
Loopapa turns temperature logging and hygiene checklists into a task your team already knows how to do. An admin sets the safe range for each fridge, freezer, oven, or other piece of equipment once. After that, staff just open the task, turn a simple dial to log the reading, or tick off a cleaning item — no notebook, no guessing what "normal" looks like.
If a reading falls outside the safe range, Loopapa doesn't wait for someone to notice on their next walk-through — it raises an urgent alert for the manager the moment the reading is saved. Every log and every completed checklist stays on record, building the clean history you need when an inspector, an auditor, or your own head office asks for it.

How it works, step by step
Add your equipment once
Give it a name, a short note your team can see — "meat fridge", "back kitchen oven" — and a safe minimum and maximum. Set it up once; every task after this pulls straight from it.
Staff open the task, not a settings menu
The task shows the equipment's name and your note right on the screen, so there's never any confusion about which reading belongs where.
Log the reading with a simple dial
It opens already centered on the safe midpoint, so staff aren't scrolling far to find the normal number — just nudge it to match what they see.
Out of range? It still saves — and becomes a critical report
The moment a reading falls outside the range you set, Loopapa raises a critical report straight to the manager, so it never just waits for the next walk-through.

Outside expected range (175–185°C). You can still save — your manager will be notified instantly.
One task for a whole group of equipment — not one task per device
If your kitchen, cold room, or storage area has more than one thing to check, an admin can build a single task that covers all of them at once. Staff see one task on their list — not five separate reminders for five separate fridges.
Opening it shows every piece of equipment in the group, one reading at a time. Staff can save a few readings now and come back for the rest later — nothing gets lost — but the task can't be marked Done until every device in the group has a saved reading. If one's still missing, Loopapa says so before it lets anyone close it out.

The food & beverage manager set this up once: the kitchen's walk-in fridge and freezer as one grouped morning check, the mini-bar cooler on every floor as its own task, and a daily hygiene checklist for the spa's wet areas.
The kitchen porter opens the morning check first, logs the fridge, then the freezer — both come back within range. Housekeeping ticks through the spa checklist floor by floor. Then, restocking floor 2's mini-bar, one reading comes back well above the safe limit.
The reading still saves. But within seconds, the on-duty manager sees a critical report land on their own task list — the equipment, the reading, and who recorded it — without waiting for anyone's next round.
