The Loopapa app on a phone, showing a team member’s tasks for the day

Where Loopapa runs

Mac & Windows

No installer to hunt down: open Loopapa in your browser and install it from there. It gets its own window and a Dock or taskbar icon, and updates itself in the background.

Open the web app

Chrome or Edge: install icon in the address bar. Safari: File → Add to Dock.

In the works

iPhone & iPad

Loopapa isn’t on the App Store yet. Until it is, open app.loopapa.com in Safari and tap Share → Add to Home Screen — it opens full-screen, with the same tasks, clock-in and handbook.

Email me at launch

One email about the iOS launch, nothing else.

What your team does in the app

Four things happen on the phone, all shift long. No training day, no manual.

Today’s list, and nothing else

Staff open the app and see the tasks that are theirs, due today. Opening one moves it to Doing, so you can tell what’s actually in progress instead of guessing.

Clock in from their own phone

No terminal by the door and no paper sheet. Staff start their shift in the app, pause for a break and come back — no approval needed to resume.

The handbook, mid-shift

Every procedure your business runs on, one tap away — written in the language each person has set on their profile, so nobody is reading a translation of a translation.

Questions stay on the task

Each task has its own chat, so the answer sits next to the job instead of scrolling away in a group chat. Any message can be translated on the spot into the reader’s own language.

Frequently asked questions

Everything people ask before they install Loopapa on the team’s phones.

Is the Loopapa app free to download?
Yes. The app is free on Google Play and comes with a free plan you can run a small team on, with no card required. Paid plans add capacity and AI features when you outgrow it.
Which devices can I use Loopapa on?
Android phones and tablets through Google Play, and any modern browser on Mac, Windows, Linux or iOS. On a laptop you can install the browser version as a desktop app; the iPhone and iPad app isn’t on the App Store yet.
Is there a Mac or Windows app to download?
There’s no separate installer, and you don’t need one. Open app.loopapa.com and install it straight from the browser: in Chrome or Edge use the install icon in the address bar, in Safari choose File → Add to Dock. Loopapa then runs in its own window with a Dock or taskbar icon and updates itself.
Will my team see the app in their own language?
Each person sets their own language on their profile. Handbook procedures are written in that language, and any message in a task chat can be translated on demand into the reader’s language — useful for mixed-nationality teams.
How does my team get access after installing?
You add people to your workspace first, then they install the app and sign in with that account. Everyone only sees the locations, tasks and procedures you’ve given them.

Start with one shift
