Kitchen Display System: Every Order on One Screen

Put Wolt, Bolt Food and Paysera POS orders on one kitchen screen. Every dish goes to its station, cooks tap when done, and you see who cooked what.

Kitchen Display System (KDS)

Too many tablets, not enough hands

It's the lunch rush. The Wolt tablet chimes. The Bolt Food tablet chimes. The printer pushes out another ticket, right on top of the last one. Someone reads an order out loud, someone else misses it, and a dish gets cooked twice — or not at all.

Kitchens have a name for this: tablet hell. Most restaurants that sell through delivery apps work with several platforms, each with its own tablet, so every order still has to be read, re-typed or called out across the kitchen.

Loopapa's Kitchen Display puts an end to it. Orders from Wolt, Bolt Food and your Paysera POS land on one clean screen, already sorted by station. A live counter shows how many of each dish are still to make. Cooks tap when a dish is ready, and you follow every screen from your phone — wherever you are.

Here is how it works, what your team sees, and why it takes minutes — not a technician — to set up.

  • Any screen with a browser
  • Connects with a 6-digit code
  • A clean board every day
Orders from Wolt, Bolt Food and Paysera POS land on one kitchen screen. The bar on top shows how many of each dish are still to make.

What is Loopapa's Kitchen Display?

Loopapa's Kitchen Display is a kitchen display system (KDS) for restaurants, cafés, bars and hotels. It collects orders from Wolt, Bolt Food and Paysera POS, sends every dish to the right kitchen station, and shows it on any screen with a web browser. Cooks tap dishes as they finish them. Managers follow the whole kitchen live from their phone.

No paper tickets, no printer, and no tablet for every app. Just one board the whole team can trust.

Every order channel feeds one system, and each dish lands on the screen of the station that cooks it.

Every channel, one screen

Wolt, Bolt Food and your Paysera POS feed the same board. No tablet for each app, and no re-typing orders.

The right dish at the right station

AI reads your menu once and proposes stations — grill, wok, soups, desserts. You confirm, and every dish goes where it belongs from then on.

A live count of what's left

The top bar always shows how many of each dish are still to make. A cook sees "4 carbonara" and cooks them together instead of reading ticket after ticket.

Who cooked what

Every finished dish is credited to the cook and the shift that made it. At the end of the month, one report shows each person's and each shift's output.

How does the Kitchen Display work?

Setup takes minutes. You need no technician, no special hardware and no new cables — just a screen you already own.

  1. 1

    Connect your order channels

Link Paysera POS, Wolt and Bolt Food to Loopapa once. From then on, every new order flows to the kitchen on its own.

  2. 2

Let AI sort your menu into stations

Loopapa reads your menu and proposes stations such as Grill, Wok or Soups. Move a dish with one tap, then confirm. Drinks and ready items go to a "To hand over" group, so they never hold up an order.

  3. 3

Turn any screen into a kitchen display

Open Loopapa in the browser of a TV, tablet or computer — or in the Android app — and tap "Use as display". A 6-digit code appears. Type it on your phone, choose what this screen shows, and it's live.

  4. 4

    Cook, tap, done

Cooks tap a dish to strike it and tap Done when the order is ready. Tapped the wrong one? Undo and Recall bring it right back.

The screen shows a 6-digit code. You type it on your phone, pick the station, and the board appears.

Can each station have its own screen?

Yes — as many screens as you need, with no fee per screen. Each one shows exactly what its cooks need to see, and nothing else.

  • One station, several, or all orders. Put soups on one tablet and wok and pasta on another. The person at the pass sees everything.
  • Cooks can use their own phone. Once they clock in, cooks open the Kitchen on their phone and see only their stations — plus a colleague's when they cover a shift. Prices never appear in the kitchen.
  • A sound for every screen — and every dish. Give every screen its own chime, and give any dish a sound of its own — a bell for pizza, a knock for drinks. Your team knows what just came in without looking up.
  • Fits any screen. The board shows as many tickets as the screen can hold. When it fills up, older open orders move into a side card — never lost.
  • A clean board every day. Finished orders clear away on their own, and each business day starts with an empty board. One tap puts the display in full screen.
Two stations, two screens, two sounds. Each cook hears only the orders that are theirs.

How do I know who cooked what?

Every dish marked done is credited automatically — to the operator chosen on the display, to the cook using their own phone, or to the person on shift at that station. Nobody has to type anything.

Watch the kitchen from anywhere

Owners and branch managers see the same live board on their phone — from home, from the office or from another branch. You know what's waiting before anyone calls you.

A monthly efficiency report per cook and per shift

At the end of the month, see how much each cook and each shift prepared — and how efficiently. Use it to plan fairer schedules, reward your best people and spot a station that needs another pair of hands. Pair it with your work-hours exports and payroll conversations get much shorter.

The monthly view shows each cook's and each shift's output, next to a live count of what's cooking right now.

Real-world example

A day at Hotel Linden

Hotel Linden has 60 rooms, a restaurant and a lobby bar. One kitchen cooks for hotel guests, walk-in diners, and Wolt and Bolt Food couriers. Here is one ordinary day with the Kitchen Display — from the manager's phone and from the grill.

What Daiva, the F&B manager, sees

  1. 07:40

On the tram to work, she opens the Kitchen on her phone. Breakfast is under control: 6 dishes to make.

  2. 12:20

Lunch peaks. Wolt and Bolt Food orders land next to restaurant orders, already split between the grill and the pasta station. Nobody re-types a thing.

  3. 18:30

From a meeting upstairs, she sees the grill board filling up and asks a cook from pasta to help.

  4. End of the month

The efficiency report shows the evening shift cooks far more dishes than the morning shift with the same team. She moves one cook to evenings.

What Marius, the grill cook, sees

  1. Start of shift

He clocks in from his phone and picks his name as the operator on the grill tablet.

  2. A bell rings

That's the sound for grill dishes. The top bar says 6 burgers, so he puts six patties on at once.

  3. Plate and tap

He taps each line as it's plated, then Done. The order slides into "Recently done", one tap away if he needs it back.

  4. All shift long

He never touches a delivery tablet — and every dish he makes counts toward his monthly report.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about Loopapa's Kitchen Display for restaurants and hotels.

What is a kitchen display system (KDS)?
A kitchen display system is a screen in the kitchen that replaces paper tickets and order printers. Orders appear on the screen sorted by station, and cooks mark dishes as done with a tap. Loopapa's Kitchen Display does this for orders from Wolt, Bolt Food and Paysera POS.
Do I need special hardware for a kitchen display?
No. With Loopapa, any screen with a web browser works — a TV, a tablet or a computer — and so does the Loopapa Android app. You connect it with a 6-digit code, and there is no extra fee per screen.
Can Wolt and Bolt Food orders go to the same kitchen screen as my POS orders?
Yes. Orders from Wolt, Bolt Food and Paysera POS land on the same board, already split by station. If you use another POS or delivery app, we connect it for you free of charge.
Does AI decide where every order goes?
AI helps once, at setup: it proposes how to group your menu into stations, and you confirm or adjust. After that, every dish goes to its station automatically, with no AI cost per order.
Can I see how much each cook prepared?
Yes. Every finished dish is credited to the cook and the shift that made it. At the end of the month you get an efficiency report per cook and per shift.
What happens if the internet drops?
The screen keeps showing the last orders and reconnects on its own. Dishes can be marked done again as soon as the connection is back, and no order from that day is lost.
