Yes — Loopapa is a mobile app available on iOS and Android. Staff download it, you invite them to your restaurant, and they're set up in under 2 minutes. There's no web dashboard for staff — the app is the product. Admins have additional controls accessible from any browser.
Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firebase, fully isolated from other restaurants. Nobody outside your team can access your tasks, attendance records, or HACCP data — not even us. Data is deleted on account closure if you request it.
Yes, cancel anytime from your account settings — no calls, no forms. On monthly billing, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. On annual billing, the remaining months aren't refunded but you keep access until the year ends. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation, then is permanently deleted.
No. The trial starts without a credit card. At the end of 14 days, you choose to subscribe or your account moves to the Free plan automatically — no charge, no cancellation needed. We'll remind you before the trial ends.
